When Can You Reach Our Specialists?

At DTSS, we have a team of dedicated specialists who are always available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. Our team is divided into three different departments: Freedom Specialists, Processing Specialists, and Member Care Specialists. Each department has their own set of skills and expertise to ensure that you receive the best possible assistance.

Freedom Specialists

Our Freedom Specialists are available to help you with any inquiries related to our products and services. They are knowledgeable about our company's policies and procedures and can provide you with detailed information about our products and services. Our Freedom Specialists are available during the following hours:

  • 8:00AM to 5:00PM PST, MON-FRI

  • 9:00AM to 6:00PM MST, MON-FRI

  • 10:00AM to 7:00PM CST, MON-FRI

  • 11:00AM to 8:00PM EST, MON-FRI

Processing Specialists

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the processing of documents, our Processing Specialists are here to help. They are trained to handle any issues related to Member documents and can provide you with updates to them. Our Processing Specialists are available during the following hours:

  • 10:00AM to 7:00PM MST, MON-FRI

Member Care Specialists

Our Member Care Specialists are dedicated to providing you with the best customer service experience. They are available to assist you with any issues or concerns you may have regarding your account, billing, or any other general inquiries. Our Member Care Specialists are available during the same hours as our Processing Specialists.

We understand that your time is valuable, which is why our specialists are available during extended business hours. We want to make sure that you have access to our support team when you need it the most.

Additionally, we want to assure you that our Member Care team is always here for you. Even though our business hours are from Monday to Friday, we continually check our Member Care tickets over the weekend to make sure you are doing well. We want to make sure that you have a positive experience with our company and are always here to help.
